Attended my residence within an hour and a half of calling as my power was completely down after being left in limbo by the power provider not connecting my power after they sorted "their bit" after it caught on fire leaving "my bit" fire damaged and needing testing and reconnecting. Carl from SES tested my wiring thoroughly and reconnected us while providing some sound advise about how these issues happen and how they can be avoided. Resolved within the hour and at an extremely reasonable call out cost.
