Overview

Simply Electrical Services were contracted to install, test and commission the full electrical system on eight high end, four and five bedroom residential new build houses in Hertfordshire.

Each property was finished to a bespoke specification with decorative down lights and accessories throughout, designer kitchens, under unit kitchen lighting, multi-zone underfloor heating, electric garages and dusk till dawn sensor lighting and EV charging points to the external.

Working closely with the site management team this project was delivered throughout 2021/2022

Overview

Simply Electrical Services were contracted to install, test and commission the full electrical system on forty high end, one and two bedroom residential new build apartments and all associated communal areas including mains distribution, AOV system, TV distribution, emergency lighting and landlord power in Bedfordshire.

Each property was finished to a high specification with brushed chrome down lights and accessories throughout, designer kitchen appliances, MVHR and flush mounted consumer units.

Working closely with the site management team this project was delivered on time and to budget throughout 2019/20.

Each property was finished with a slimline curved edge accessories throughout, PIR sensor lighting externally, LED down lights to kitchen and bathrooms and pendants to all other living areas.

Works were completed on time and budget in 2021.
